I take AG every day – Why would a sports nutritionist need to take these? And why would I advise my friends and clients to take AG? Because, even as clean and healthy as I eat, I realize that I likely still am low on getting in all the nutrients my body needs on a daily basis my diet isn’t always perfect and with AG daily, I know that I get in the nutrients and supplements I need! And as an athlete I push myself hard, I know I weaken my immune system and push myself to the limits in training. With AG I have more energy and feel amazing!! This is my first winter that I’ve not had a cold in years- that says something!
I’m inspired by both young and older athletes, by para-athletes, by single Mom athletes, by athletes who are determined to do their best. I am inspired every single day by all of those around me. I’m inspired to do my best on and off the race field and to be the best person I can be.
